I can't help but ponder on the latest brand identity of one of the major contact lens companies. I'm not sure how much CooperVision spent on coming up with the new company symbol, but it's probably safe to say it wasn't quite as much as the Olympics 2012 logo. Anyway, the artwork aims to give the impression of water and comfort, and will now be seen on product packaging. On first impression, I'm getting oily puddle, silicone gel implant or something to do with the melting polar ice cap.
