Cubitts opens Marylebone practice

Spectacle maker Cubitts has announced the launch of its newest London practice in the heart of Marylebone, marking the 19th location in its portfolio.

‘We’re thrilled to announce the opening of Cubitts Marylebone, joining a neighbourhood rich with independent brands and dining destinations,’ said Tom Broughton, founder of Cubitts.

Cubitts Marylebone will offer frames from Cubitts’ core collections as well as its bespoke service. Customers can also access routine eye examinations, annual frame rehabs, adjustments, fittings and lens replacements.

Cubitts has once again partnered with Tutto Bene to design the new store’s interior, preserving original features of the space, once home to the royal butcher Goslin & Co.

‘The result is a glossy, theatrical experience that celebrates the sensuality of material and colour,’ stated Felizia Berchtold, co-founder of Tutto Bene.

To celebrate the opening, Cubitts has designed a collection of three frames exclusively for its Marylebone practice, each inspired by local architecture: Wellbeck, Lasdun and Myer.
