Key addresses will be made by the minister for health, John Denham, and Rosie Varley, chairman of the General Optical Council. Other speakers include Emanuel Rosen, Professor Tony Bron, Dr Anthony Cullen and Professor Lou Catania. Lectures will be held on presbyopia, cataract, myopia, refractive surgery, intraocular and retinal problems, paediatric optometry and neuro-ophthalmology. There will also be seminars and workshops.
