Marathon missions

Wendy is part of a five-member team that has pledged to raise &\#163;2,000 for the charity. Other runners include Arvind Pandya, who aims to run the marathon while facing backwards and holds the world record for the longest backwards run. Sight Savers says the money raised will help finance its target of carrying out more than 400,000 cataract operations in developing countries over the next two years.
