Ophthalmology provider Newmedica opened its new Bradford and Huddersfield clinic, a multimillion-pound eye clinic and surgical centre in West Yorkshire that treats NHS and private patients.
Located in Cleckheaton with a team of 18, it is owned by consultant ophthalmologists Aidan Benson, Ahmed Bardan, Mohammed Mohyudin, Nabil El-Hindy and Francesco Pillitteri.
Operations director Stuart Cannonier said they are delighted to be helping Bradford communities and local areas, and 'staff have strong links in and around the city, so are keen to support the community', including with free transport services for NHS patients.
Clinical lead Nabil El Hindy highlighted that they work closely with local optometrists and other partners for more efficient and timely care.
