Graham Jackson, a locum contact lens fitter, died on Christmas Eve following a long illness.

Mr Jackson qualified from City & East London College in 1977 and worked first for PG Allders in Luton, Bedfordshire, followed by Gregory & Seeley in Farnborough, Hampshire. From 1983-1994, Mr Jackson worked for Leightons Opticians, broken by a two-year spell at Kelvin Lenses.
