Lecturer Katherine Oliver from Glasgow Caledonian University has won Scotlens' BCLA competition.
She is pictured receiving a high-specification laptop computer from Scotlens clinical director Scott Brown.
Each entrant had to design a bi-toric RGP lens using the Scotlens Computer Software and everyone who took part will receive a pair of RGP lenses made from any Contamac Optimum material of their choice.
James Anthony, Scotlens' manager, said: 'I am delighted with the number of entrants over the weekend and more so with their reaction to how easy the software is to use.'
Scotlens would like to thank Contamac for providing the prize.
