
Specsavers has opened registration for the Professional Advancement Conference (PAC), held at Birmingham’s International Convention Centre on Sunday, September 17.
Key speakers included the Association of Optometrists’ clinical and professional director Dr Peter Hampson, with sessions on ‘The past, present and future of optometry’ and ‘Staying safe in domiciliary care’, as well as Glaucoma UK chair Professor Anthony King on challenges for glaucoma care.
Grant Duncan, director of professional development, clinical services at Specsavers, said: ‘It is brilliant to welcome this calibre of expertise to this year’s PAC because we are committed to changing patient’s lives by supporting the professional development of colleagues across the sector.’
