Optical staff from a Specsavers practice in Norfolk took part in a cricket fun day starring Zimbabwe international bowler Henry Olonga (front row, left).
The workers from Specsavers Thetford helped raise £300 for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices.
Store director Paul Clark said: ‘Over the years we have supported many cricket events through sponsorships and charity events. To be associated with the Thetford Town Cricket Club open day, which is backed by the England and Wales Cricket Board, is testament to our commitment to the sport and the local community.’
Pictured at the event (back row left to right) are optical assistant Rachel Davidson, optometrist Paras Patel, contact lens supervisor Alma Breen, Paul Clark and pre reg dispenser David Loomes.
