As Optician hurtles towards the Optician Awards and Optrafair I hear news from Bolle and made me glad that they were the only things I am hurtling towards.
The brand recently moved into the cycle helmet business to add to its range of sports eyewear. It recounts the tale of a product ambassador who made good use of the product. With so many optical folk planning sporty events and training for cycling challenges I thought it worth sharing.
He wrote back to Bolle:

This is just a little note to say hello, I guess because I can! I believe Maria has updated you as to my current situation with regards to the bike crash, but I spent my first full night at home last night and will hopefully be at the beginning of a steady road to recovery.
