Independent Marketing Partnership leaflet

A new marketing initiative led by the Independent Marketing Partnership is designed to help practitioners generate more patient appointments and recalls.

As part of the initiative, the partnership is distributing a consumer leaflet entitled Delivering the highest standards of professional eyecare, which is personalised with the practice’s details and explains why regular examinations are important.

It also describes what happens during the eye test in order to reassure patients and promote the practice’s clinical excellence. The initiative also offers recommended text for the practice recall notice and follow-up reminder letters, which work in tandem with the leaflet to motivate patients to make an appointment.
