I don’t know if it is because I buy CIBA products through a buying group, but about a week or so after receiving the lenses an invoice arrives for them. It is printed on A4 paper, with a second A4 sheet, blank except for my address, all in an A4 window envelope.

I don’t know if it is because I buy CIBA products through a buying group, but about a week or so after receiving the lenses an invoice arrives for them. It is printed on A4 paper, with a second A4 sheet, blank except for my address, all in an A4 window envelope.

It all seems a waste of paper and postage to me. The ideal would be to have the invoice sent with the goods as most suppliers do. That would also let me see exactly how much I am paying for the lenses before I pass them on to the patient so I can ensure that I keep my prices competitive without cutting my own throat.
