Last week, a patient’s father became aggressive and abusive towards me on my shop floor. The result was him leaving with a paper GOS 3 voucher (we still have those in Wales), which was filled in but unsigned because he wanted it as it was, rather than calling back or waiting for me to have it signed.
The encounter was an egregious display of aggression that saw him threaten me, call me names, tell me I’m stupid, throw some furniture around and refuse to leave before I relented and allowed him to take the GOS 3 as was.
